Morris, Minnesota is a rural community located in West Central Minnesota about 50 miles east of where Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota meet. We are approx. 160 miles west of Minneapolis/St. Paul, 100 miles west of St. Cloud, Minnesota, and 100 miles south of Fargo, North Dakota. You may travel to Morris by U.S. Highway 59, Minnesota State Highway 9 or Minnesota State Highway 28. Morris also has a small municipal airport located just west of town on Minnesota Hwy. 28.

Entering Morris from the west on Minnesota State Hwy. 28: Minnesota Hwy. 28 enters Morris from on the west on 5th St. Continue east past the junction of Minnesota Hwys. 28 & 9 (Atlantic Ave.) (Businesses on this corner include The Dental Depot, Common Cup Restaurant, and The Dollar Store) for two blocks to California Ave. First Lutheran is on the corner of California Ave. and 5th St.

Entering Morris from the east on Minnesota State Hwy. 28: Follow Minnesota State Hwy. 28 to the junction of Hwy. 28 & 9 (McDonald's) is on this corner. Turn south (left) and proceed to the corner of Atlantic Ave. and Fifth street. (Businesses on this corner include The Dental Depot, Common Cup Restaurant, and The Dollar Store) Minnesota State Hwy. 28 will turn west (right), you should turn east (left). Continue east for two blocks to the corner of California Ave. and 5th St. First Lutheran is on the corner of California Ave. and 5th St.

Entering Morris from the South on Minnesota State Hwy. 9: Follow Minnesota State Hwy. 9 to the junction of Minnesota State Hwy. 9 and 28. (Businesses on this corner include The Dental Depot, Common Cup Restaurant, and The Dollar Store) Turn east (right) and continue for two blocks to the intersection of California Ave. and 5th St. First Lutheran is on the corner of California Ave. and 5th St.

Entering Morris from the North on Minnesota State Hwy. 9: Follow Minnesota State Hwy. 9 past the junction of Minnesota State Hwy. 9 & 28 to where they split. (Hwy 9 will continue south while 28 turns west). (Businesses on this corner include The Dental Depot, Common Cup Restaurant, and The Dollar Store). Turn east onto 5th St. and continue for two blocks to the corner of 5th St. and California Ave. First Lutheran Church is on the corner of 5th St. and California Ave.

Entering Morris from the South on U.S. Hwy. 59: As you approach Morris from the south on U. S. Hwy. 59 do not take the by-pass. Take the exit to Morris, Benson, and Minnesota State Hwy. 9. Turn north (right) onto State Hwy. 9. Follow Minnesota State Hwy. 9 to the junction of Minnesota State Hwy. 9 and 28. (Businesses on this corner include The Dental Depot, Common Cup Restaurant, and The Dollar Store) Turn east (right) and continue for two blocks to the intersection of California Ave. and 5th St. First Lutheran is on the corner of California Ave. and 5th St.

Entering Morris from the North on U.S. Hwy. 59: As you approach Morris from the north on U.S. Hwy. 59, turn west (right) on Minnesota State Hwy. 28. Follow Minnesota State Hwy. 28 to the junction of Hwy. 28 & 9 (McDonald's is on this corner). Turn south (left) and proceed to the corner of Atlantic Ave. and Fifth street. From the University of Minnesota - Morris Campus: Depending on where on campus you are located... take either 4th St. or 2nd St. west to California Ave. Turn north (right) and proceed 1 block (if on 4th St.) or 3 blocks (if on 2nd St.) to the corner of California Ave. and 5th St. First Lutheran Church is on your right.
